Dear Colleagues:

The current issue of the Journal of Tort Law is now available at www.bepress.com/jtl.  The issue is a tribute to the torts scholarship of Richard Epstein.  It features articles by Joshua Getzler, Jill Horwitz, and Benjamin Zipursky, and a comment by David Owen, as well as a reply by Professor Epstein that revisits and restates the hugely influential account of tort law that he has developed since the publication of his landmark 1973 article, A Theory of Strict Liability.
